In 1997, Dalian Pengsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. came into being to respond China’s reform and opening-up. With tenet of “All for people” and philosophy of “Quality first, Credit foremost”, we always follow clients’ demand to step further solidly. At present, we are now soaring rapidly by right of our vigorous passion.
Since 1998, we have constructed several environment-based energy-saving residential areas, such as “Pengsheng Garden”, “Pengshun Garden”, “Holly Home”, and “Epoch”, etc. In addition to project quality, we priced houses rationally to make them affordable for ordinary people. To make owners enjoy their houses has been our pursuit. In 2006, we developed economically affordable houses in Shimenshan and Quanshui respective to share responsibility of the government and think of people.
