In February 2015, Dalian Sanlian Real Estate Co., Ltd. commissioned Dalian Economic and Environmental Construction Technology Service Co., Ltd. to prepare and complete the Environmental Impact Report Form of Block C (Phase I) of the East Side of Zhangqian Road, Xiaoxinzhaizi, the Environmental Impact Report Form of Block C (Phase II) of the East Side of Zhangqian Road, Xiaoxinzhaizi, and the Environmental Impact Report Form of Block C (Phase III) of the East Side of Zhangqian Road, Xiaoxinzhaizi; In May 2015, the Ganjingzi Branch of Dalian Environmental Protection Bureau approved the EIA report of the project with Dahuangzhi [2015] No. 040110, Dahuangzhi [2015] No. 040111 and Dahuangzhi [2015] No. 040112.

The project started in June 2015, completed the main works and supporting environmental protection works in August 2017, and carried out trial operation in August 2017.

According to the Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects (GHGHA [2017] No. 4), the supporting environmental protection facilities of the construction project have been completed, and the monitoring report on the acceptance of environmental protection upon completion of the construction project has been completed. The completion date of the construction project, the commissioning date of environmental protection facilities, and the acceptance monitoring report and independent acceptance opinions are now publicly announced.
